Kingfish Coaches

We believe active, positive coaching creates excellent swimming technique and is the foundation to success in this sport. We are blessed to have many former Kingfish return to inspire the next generation of swimmers. We also have a youth coaching program that helps to develop future coaches and allows interested swimmers age 12 and older the opportunity to assist at practices for our younger age groups. This translates into a minimum of at least one coach per lane for almost all practices. For the emerging swimmers in our youngest groups, we are able to provide a minimum of one coach and several others in the water in each lane for our swimmers. We utilize all areas of our pool to teach and if a swimmer needs special help on a particular technique, we have the staff to help them directly with individual instruction to ensure their success.
